Finance Manager – Hotel Portfolio

About the role

As a Finance Manager within our hotels team, you will lead all financial operations across the property portfolio, ensuring that financial strategy aligns with business goals and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy and oversee profitability and efficiency across the hotel portfolio.
• Direct annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and provide insightful analysis to support decisions.
• Act as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, owners and asset managers.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships with Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations and regional finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, local regulations and internal policies while maintaining strong financial controls.
• Optimize financial reporting systems for accuracy, efficiency and transparency.
• Monitor and approve sales, purchases, payroll and expense transactions.
• Develop and retain a high‑performing finance team through performance management and professional development.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of finance experience in 5‑star international hotels.
• University or college degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong knowledge of local laws, regulations and GAAP.
• Proven ability to analyse large volumes of complex financial data and produce forecasts.
