Finance Manager – International Multi‑Entity Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our trading companies across Asia and Europe. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with regional finance teams and external advisors, ensuring robust financial governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and overall performance for multiple entities.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, governance frameworks and reporting systems.
• Manage cross‑border financial structures, intercompany transactions and multi‑entity consolidation.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, legal consultants and tax advisors.
• Travel internationally on a regular basis to review and support financial operations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA or CIMA).
• Proven experience managing finance functions across multiple companies or legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of international finance, cross‑border transactions and multi‑jurisdictional compliance.
• Previous experience in trading companies, multinational organisations or holding groups.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; willingness to travel regularly.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate; European nationals are encouraged to apply.
