Finance Manager

About the role

The Investment Holding Group in Fujairah is seeking a Finance Manager who can blend strong financial controls with strategic FP&A insight. You will own the end‑to‑end finance cycle, ensuring accurate reporting while turning data into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end close and maintain balance‑sheet integrity with zero unresolved items.
• Manage inventory sub‑ledger, valuation, costing methods and variance analysis (shrinkage, wastage).
• Oversee revenue recognition, sales‑to‑GL reconciliation, and accounts receivable processes.
• Control SKU‑level profitability, rebate and incentive accounting.
• Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations and eliminations for clean consolidation.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis driven by operational KPIs (volume, yield, pricing, product mix).
• Enforce closing calendars, SOPs and ERP discipline across finance and operations.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent).
• 10+ years of finance experience covering P2P, inventory, O2C and R2R cycles.
• Proven FP&A, budgeting and reporting expertise.
• Hands‑on experience in multi‑entity environments within Retail, FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing or Agriculture.
• Prior experience managing direct reports.
