Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead cost management, financial reporting and tax compliance for a technology‑focused organization in the United Arab Emirates. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to drive financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cost calculation, analysis and design cost‑reduction strategies.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, delivering accurate data and analytical reports.
• Perform financial planning, performance monitoring and risk assessment.
• Execute project audits, prepare audit reports and manage internal controls.
• Oversee tax matters, ensure compliance and liaise with tax authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or financial management; technology‑company experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities, decision‑making skills and adaptability.
• Effective teamwork, high sense of responsibility and willingness to learn latest financial techniques.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin with stakeholders across markets.
