Finance Manager

About the role

Carter & White, a luxury fashion and lifestyle brand expanding across the GCC and internationally, seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, cash‑flow planning, controls and performance analysis across its entities and stores.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, produce consolidated and entity‑level financial reports and own budgeting, rolling forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Generate store‑level profit and loss statements, analyse performance by market, channel and product, and evaluate new store proposals and under‑performing locations.
• Maintain rolling cash‑flow forecasts, oversee accounts payable/receivable, banking and working‑capital management, and strengthen point‑of‑sale and expense controls.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock‑count controls, product costing and margin analysis in collaboration with production and merchandising teams.
• Ensure tax, VAT and financial compliance, improve ERP processes and reporting quality, and lead the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• 8–10 years of finance experience, including managing a finance function or team, preferably in multi‑store retail, fashion or luxury goods.
• Proven ability to prepare management accounts, budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and store‑level profitability analysis.
• Experience with multi‑entity, cross‑border operations, intercompany accounting and foreign currencies.
