Finance Manager – Lead Financial Planning & Reporting

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the organization, driving planning, reporting, budgeting and risk management to support strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws and standards.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members, including accountants and analysts.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts and other financial transactions.
• Support investment and funding decisions with financial modelling and analysis.
• Recommend cost‑saving initiatives and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CFA or ACCA.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
