Finance Manager – Partners & Services

About the role

Euro Mechanical is seeking a Finance Manager – Partners & Services to provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis that supports decision‑making across multiple business units in the UAE and Qatar. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, cost control, margin analytics, project performance reporting and month‑end closing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for revenue, margins, overheads and cash flow across several business units.
• Analyse variances versus budget, forecast and prior periods and deliver actionable insights.
• Oversee project financials including job costing, work‑in‑progress, margin tracking, cost allocations and cash flow.
• Monitor labour utilisation, chargeability and cost recovery.
• Manage ICV‑related financial performance and contract impacts.
• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) at the business‑unit level.
• Ensure accuracy of accruals, pre‑payments, provisions and transfer‑pricing reporting.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Partner with operations, commercial and supply‑chain teams on tenders, pricing and margin improvement.
• Provide financial evaluation for CapEx, investments and operational initiatives.
• Drive cost optimisation, productivity improvements and strengthen financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, WPS, audit and Qatar reporting requirements.
• Lead ERP (D365) implementation and integration for the Qatar entity, driving automation and reporting enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years (120 months) of finance experience, preferably in a multi‑business‑unit environment.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP implementation, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT and local compliance requirements in the UAE and Qatar.
