Finance Manager – Payments & Digital Assets

About the role

This hands‑on leadership position combines strategic oversight with day‑to‑day operational execution. You will build and maintain the financial infrastructure that supports a fast‑growing international payments business, ensuring strong cash visibility, profitability and control across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of fiat liquidity across banking and payment partners, including short‑ and medium‑term cash forecasting.
• Manage digital‑asset treasury activities such as wallet balances, exchange liquidity and stablecoins across supported chains.
• Monitor FX exposure, currency holdings and liquidity risks, providing clear reporting to senior management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis in partnership with sales, account management and other functions.
• Analyse revenue, costs and margins to translate financial data into actionable commercial insights.
• Develop and automate reconciliation, reporting and financial controls in collaboration with technology and product teams.
• Build scalable finance processes, dashboards and reporting capabilities as transaction volumes increase.
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance requirements related to finance operations and treasury.
• Act as a key deputy within the Finance function, contributing to leadership and day‑to‑day management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payments, fintech, treasury or digital‑asset environments.
• Hands‑on leadership ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
• Strong analytical mindset with commercial insight and the ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Experience building relationships with banks, payment providers and other financial partners.
• Track record of developing and automating finance processes and controls.
