Finance Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Eeternal Developments is looking for an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to manage the financial operations, accounting, cash flows, banking, payments and regulatory compliance of its UAE-based companies and real estate projects. The role covers strong financial controls, timely statutory and regulatory compliance, efficient cash-flow management and accurate financial reporting across UAE operations. Because the parent company is based in India, the role also involves coordinating India-UAE cross-border financial transactions, including regulatory, tax, foreign exchange and remittance requirements. Only candidates based in Dubai are considered.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations of UAE companies and real estate projects, including project-wise and company-wise cash flows, working capital and liquidity.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly cash-flow forecasts, and plan payments to contractors, consultants, suppliers and employees.
• Monitor project budgets and actual expenditure, prepare management reports on cash position, receivables, payables and project expenditure, and support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee bookkeeping and accounting, ensure timely monthly and annual closing, review general ledgers, bank reconciliations and accounts payable and receivable, and maintain project-wise accounting and cost tracking.
• Prepare MIS and financial reports for senior management and the India-based parent company, and coordinate financial statements and schedules for audits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE corporate, accounting, tax and financial regulations, manage VAT and Corporate Tax compliance with external tax advisors, and coordinate with auditors and other professionals.
• Coordinate India-UAE cross-border transactions, including fund transfers, loans, investments and management fees, in line with FEMA/RBI requirements and foreign exchange regulations.
• Liaise with external CAs, auditors, tax consultants, lawyers and banks, and review invoices, contracts and payment requests.

Required profile

• Dubai-based candidate only.
• Prior Dubai experience and significant experience in the UAE real estate sector.
• Knowledge of RERA-related financial requirements and project accounting.
• Strong understanding of India-UAE cross-border fund transfers, foreign exchange regulations and remittances.
