Fine-dining Waiter – Immediate Join (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The venue is a new, vibrant entertainment and dining concept in Abu Dhabi. As a Fine‑dining Waiter you will deliver impeccable table service, uphold the highest standards of etiquette, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate waitstaff during service to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance and maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure flawless table settings and strict adherence to fine‑dining protocols.
• Handle guest requests promptly, resolve issues discreetly, and provide personalized attention to VIP guests.
• Work closely with the kitchen and management to coordinate service flow and maintain timely communication between service and culinary teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter in luxury dining or 5‑star hotels/restaurants.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of fine‑dining service protocols and etiquette.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
