Guest Relations Agent – Immediate Join

About the role

Cinemacity Starlight Abu Dhabi is seeking a full‑time Guest Relations Agent to join its team immediately. You will be the first point of contact for cinema visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and assist them with inquiries.
• Manage reservations and bookings using the Sevenrooms system.
• Provide accurate information about cinema screenings, dining options, and services.
• Handle guest complaints or issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Work flexible hours, including late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in receptionist or front‑desk duties.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Sevenrooms reservation platform.
