Fit-out Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Fit-out Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects from award through handover. The role ensures delivery within scope, schedule, budget and quality while coordinating design, procurement, engineering and site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of commercial, residential, hospitality and retail fit‑out projects.
• Develop project execution plans, construction programmes and resource allocations.
• Oversee site activities including civil works, MEP coordination, joinery installation and finishing.
• Manage stakeholder communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Control project budgets, monitor cost variations and approve change orders.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and track long‑lead items.
• Maintain QA/QC standards, enforce HSE procedures and resolve non‑conformances.
• Coordinate with design and BIM teams to align shop drawings, GFC drawings and RFIs with site execution.
• Drive snagging, de‑snagging and handover, delivering as‑built drawings and O&M manuals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing interior fit‑out projects across multiple sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, civil, MEP and joinery works.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to monitor budgets, schedules and quality standards.
