Fitness Instructor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and certified Fitness Instructor to join our premier fitness centre in Abu Dhabi. You will inspire a diverse member community, guide them toward their personal fitness goals, and uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging group fitness classes covering strength, cardio, flexibility, and functional fitness.
• Assess individual fitness levels, goals, and limitations to create customized workout programs.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure a safe, well‑maintained environment.
• Provide motivational coaching, constructive feedback, and monitor member progress.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and program modifications.
• Educate members on equipment usage, gym policies, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members on class schedules, special events, and member engagement initiatives.
• Assist with member onboarding, orientation, and perform opening/closing procedures.

Required profile

• Certified fitness professional with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive, motivating environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility.
