About the role
We are looking for a motivated Fitness Trainer to join our gym team and help members achieve their health and performance goals. The role involves delivering personalized training, leading dynamic group classes, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop customized workout plans.
- Deliver one‑on‑one personal training sessions while tracking member progress.
- Lead group classes such as HIIT, strength, cardio, and stretching.
- Demonstrate proper and safe use of all gym equipment.
- Monitor and adjust fitness programs based on client feedback and results.
- Maintain high standards of gym hygiene and safety.
- Support member engagement and retention initiatives.
Required profile
- Diploma or certification in Fitness or Personal Training.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Required skills
- Fitness assessment and body composition analysis.
- Workout program design and customization.
- Instruction of HIIT, strength, cardio, and stretching classes.
- Safe operation and demonstration of gym equipment.
