Fitness Trainer

About the role

As a Fitness Trainer at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, you will deliver personalized fitness experiences to guests and members, supporting their wellness goals while upholding the luxury standards of the hotel’s Spa & Recreation team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and design customized training programs for weight management, strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
• Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques and equipment usage, ensuring safe and effective workouts.
• Monitor guest progress, adapt programs as needed and motivate participants throughout their wellness journey.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the fitness centre.
• Promote personal training services and fitness memberships through personalized recommendations.

Required profile

• Passionate about fitness, wellbeing and helping others achieve health goals.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality, wellness or fitness environment with a strong guest‑service focus.
• Recognized certification in personal training, fitness instruction or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• Team‑player who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented setting.

Required skills

• Personal training certification.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment operation.
