Front Office Supervisor

About the role

Yas Plaza Hotels on Yas Island is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead Guest Service Agents and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily front office operations, maintain service standards, and support the team in delivering seamless check‑in and check‑out processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front office shift operations, including check‑in, check‑out, night audit and VIP arrivals.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with front office policies and procedures.
• Handle guest complaints promptly, manage room allocations, VIP amenities, and resolve room status discrepancies.
• Prepare operational and financial reports, verify reservations, rates and billing accuracy.
• Assist the Duty Manager with daily operations and coordinate with other departments for smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in front office or guest service supervision within a hotel environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive guest and employee relations.
• Ability to train, coach and support front office staff.
• Attention to detail for room inspections, VIP requests and financial accuracy.
