Fleet Administrator – Electric Mobility

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Fleet Administrator to support the Electric Mobility fleet team in Dubai. You will ensure that vehicle documentation, system updates, and customer coordination are handled accurately and efficiently, enabling smooth handovers and excellent service for internal stakeholders and fleet customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end administrative support for fleet operations, processing vehicle documentation and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, workshops, drivers, customers, and external agencies for vehicle deliveries and test‑drive arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records for registrations, invoicing, insurance, control documents, sales letters, gate passes, and related paperwork.
• Update CRM and internal systems with customer activity, enquiries, quotations, tender information, and delivery progress.
• Support reporting and analysis of fleet activity, including sales performance, pipeline updates, pricing, and margins.
• Monitor demo‑vehicle readiness – cleanliness, charging, servicing – and escalate issues to ensure a strong customer experience.
• Identify process issues or risks early and work with stakeholders to resolve them.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and coordination abilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience handling vehicle documentation, invoicing, registrations, or sales support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP and basic knowledge of CRM or Salesforce systems.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
