Floor Supervisor – Premium Dining Venue

About the role

Addmind is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to lead the front‑of‑house team at Be Babel The Palm, a high‑end dining venue in Dubai. The role demands strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering luxury guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise floor operations during service to ensure smooth flow and efficient turnover.
• Maintain luxury brand standards in service etiquette, grooming, and presentation.
• Lead, train and motivate waitstaff, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service.
• Engage with guests, handle enquiries, feedback and resolve complaints discreetly.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and host teams to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within fine‑dining or high‑end restaurants.
• Fluent Arabic speaker; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of wine and luxury service standards.
