About the role

Join the award‑winning Conrad Dubai as a Florist, leading daily floral operations and creating exquisite arrangements for guest rooms, public spaces and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise and coordinate floral requests, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
• Design and quality‑check bouquets, centrepieces and decorative displays.
• Prepare personalised arrangements for VIP arrivals, weddings, events and celebrations.
• Allocate tasks, coach Florist Assistants and uphold presentation standards.
• Oversee receiving, conditioning, storage and stock rotation to maintain freshness.
• Monitor inventory of flowers, plants, vases and accessories, managing budgets and replenishment.
• Inspect and refresh displays throughout the hotel to keep them immaculate.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Events, F&B, Front Office and Engineering to fulfil floral requirements.
• Maintain clean, organised workshops and storage areas in line with health and safety standards.
• Support the Florist Manager in developing concepts, improving practices and reducing waste.
