About the role

The Fly High Graduate Leadership Programme is a three‑year fast‑track development journey designed for Emirati nationals. Participants will rotate across key business areas of the Emirates Group, gaining real‑world experience, senior stakeholder exposure, and international insight.

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations in core business functions during the foundation phase.
• Contribute to live projects and cross‑functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Gain international exposure and pursue professional qualifications in the global phase.
• Specialise in a chosen field, lead strategic initiatives, and engage senior leaders in the final phase.

Required profile

• Emiratization status with a valid Family Book.
• Age 27 or below.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• IELTS overall score of 6 or higher.
