Food & Beverage Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Associate to deliver exceptional service in our lounge area. You will take accurate orders, serve guests promptly, and maintain high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and take precise food and beverage orders.
• Serve items promptly, ensuring special dietary requests are communicated to the kitchen or bar.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining areas, tables, side stations and beverage counters.
• Clear, sanitize and reset tables quickly during peak periods.
• Replenish buffet stations, keep food presentation attractive and ensure utensils are clean.
• Promote upselling initiatives such as lounge packages and specialty beverages.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and follow all SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with culinary, stewarding and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in food and beverage service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Good communication skills and a courteous, professional attitude.
