About the role
Join NH Collection Dubai The Palm as a Food & Beverage Attendant, delivering friendly and professional service to guests in a premium hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, taking orders and providing menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and high standards.
- Maintain clean and organized tables, service areas, and equipment before, during, and after service.
- Process guest bills accurately and handle payments according to hotel procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality is preferred.
- Passionate about hospitality with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Good communication skills and a good command of spoken English.
- Well‑groomed, team‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
