About the role
Anantara Hotels & Resorts is hiring an F&B Attendant for its Downtown Dubai resort. As a Hospitality Ambassador, the attendant provides prompt and courteous service to all guests and is a key factor in guest satisfaction. The role works as part of a team across all departments to keep the food and beverage outlets running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Work as a team within all departments to ensure the timely and efficient operation of the food and beverage outlets
- Deliver prompt and courteous service to all guests
- Ensure guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort in the resort's food and beverage outlets
- Know the menus, beverages, services and facilities offered by the resort and keep developing professional skills to raise guest satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work area and respect guests' privacy
Required profile
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations
- Passion for excellent service
- Excellent team player
- English speaking
