About the role

Saadiyat Beach Club by Aldar Hospitality is an award-winning luxury boutique destination on Saadiyat Island, with four outlets offering contemporary dining, private cabanas and spa services. The Food & Beverage Attendant ensures guest satisfaction throughout the guest's stay by providing efficient and courteous food and beverage service at the station, handling billing transactions accurately and efficiently, and supporting the club's reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre-service briefings for daily updates.
• Keep mise en place levels to standard and ensure the station is always stocked and tidy.
• Meet and greet guests professionally and efficiently, and take orders using an up-selling technique.
• Communicate clearly within the team and report matters affecting guest satisfaction so corrective action can be taken.
• Serve food and beverage according to guests' needs and expectations, and clear and reset tables according to reservation plans.
• Prepare and present bills, and make sure guests receive them promptly and accurately.
• Wish guests farewell and encourage returning customers.
• Maintain guest privacy and security, follow food and safety regulations, and support Senior Management with assigned duties.
