About the role
Lead the future of luxury dining at one of Dubai's most exclusive lifestyle destinations. As Food & Beverage Director you will shape innovative concepts, elevate service excellence, and guide high‑performing international teams across multiple upscale outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all Food & Beverage operations across multiple venues.
- Drive commercial performance and profitability.
- Develop innovative dining concepts and guest experiences.
- Inspire and mentor department leaders.
- Ensure world‑class service standards.
- Collaborate with culinary, entertainment and marketing teams.
Required profile
- Senior F&B leadership experience within luxury hotels or lifestyle destinations.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to lead large multicultural teams.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Passion for luxury hospitality.
