About the role
Join the pre‑opening team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina as a Food & Beverage Intern. You will support daily restaurant, bar and banquet operations, ensuring guests receive a professional and welcoming dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general support to the Food & Beverage team
- Assist with restaurant, bar and banquet service operations
- Set up tables and prepare service areas
- Welcome guests and attend to their food and beverage requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards within outlets
- Support the team in following food safety, hygiene and service standards
- Handle administration and maintain good relationships with different departments
Required profile
- Ability to work with and engage teams from different cultures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quality‑oriented with a focus on details
- High performance standards
- Able to multi‑task
