About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at AccorHotel in Dubai and gain hands‑on experience in restaurant, café and outlet operations. This internship offers the chance to learn hospitality standards while supporting daily service and guest interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily restaurant, café and outlet operations, including preparing dining areas and maintaining cleanliness.
• Welcome guests, support table setup, menu presentation and basic food‑beverage service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and support special events or promotions.
• Help with stock organization, inventory checks and replenishment as needed.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor’s in Hospitality, Hotel or Food & Beverage Management.
• Strong verbal communication in English and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Good interpersonal, teamwork and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and service standards is an advantage.
