About the role
Join Marriott International as a Food & Beverage Service Assistant, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests in a vibrant hotel environment on Al Emreef Street, Dubai. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service and high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area.
- Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations, service areas, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Assist with menu reading and verification, handling guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move on varied surfaces for extended periods.
