About the role

The Ritz-Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Service Expert to join its Guest Service team. In this position you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, high‑quality service to guests throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
Interact with guests, answer questions about menus, and provide recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies.
Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
No prior supervisory experience required.
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with help) and work on uneven surfaces.
