About the role
The Guest Service Expert delivers memorable dining experiences for breakfast and brunch guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, maintain clean work areas, and supply necessary items.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs.
- Handle menu verification, read and visually confirm information.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance).
- Maintain safety, follow company policies, and uphold quality and uniform standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
