About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, from setting tables to ensuring guests enjoy their meals.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain clean work areas, handle supplies, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 kg unaided.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
