Food & Beverage Service Internship

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Delano Dubai for a full‑time internship starting February 2027. This role offers hospitality students hands‑on experience in a luxury lifestyle hotel, focusing on creating memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and support daily restaurant and bar operations, including preparation, setup and service.
• Learn and apply Delano's service standards while delivering personalized guest interactions.
• Develop knowledge of food, beverages, menus and service techniques.
• Assist with guest requests, anticipate needs and maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Collaborate with colleagues across all Food & Beverage outlets and participate in training opportunities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Passionate about hospitality, food & beverage service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Positive attitude, natural curiosity, strong English communication skills; additional languages (Russian, French, German) are a plus.
• Friendly, confident personality, team player with attention to detail.
• Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not required.
