About the role

The Guest Service Support Expert ensures smooth food and beverage operations by providing hands‑on assistance across the service area. You will set tables, support the kitchen, keep work areas clean, and replenish supplies, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange dining areas, ensuring readiness for service.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and maintain cleanliness of work zones.
• Replenish supplies and manage inventory of items weighing up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects as required, navigating uneven or slippery surfaces safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage exposure is a plus.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.

• Basic understanding of food‑and‑beverage service standards.
