Food Service Crew – Drive Thru

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Food Service Crew members to join our drive‑thru operation in Sharjah. The role involves delivering fast, friendly service to guests, preparing menu items, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process transactions through the POS system.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, kitchen, and work areas at all times.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently followed.
• Restock supplies, condiments, packaging materials, and inventory as required.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently recommend menu items and promote upselling opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support dine‑in, takeaway, and drive‑thru operations while maintaining speed, accuracy, and service quality.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
