About the role
The Forensics Manager will lead investigations into suspected fraud, conduct data analytics, and deliver actionable findings. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure thorough and timely investigations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive forensic reviews, gather evidence, perform data analytics, and produce detailed investigative reports.
- Identify fraud vulnerabilities, perform risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business units, legal teams, and external advisors to resolve disputes and take appropriate actions on fraud cases.
- Promote an ethical culture through training, workshops, and awareness initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field plus a professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA in Finance).
- 4‑5 years of experience in forensic investigations, preferably with a Big 4 firm and prior audit experience.
- Project management experience and strong English communication and presentation skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with forensic eDiscovery tools such as Intella and Relativity.
- Advanced data analysis using MS Excel, MS Access, and IDEA.
- Knowledge of statistical platforms – Python, R, SAS (preferred).
