Founder - Digital Studio

About the role

Venture One Studio is looking for a Founder to run a full-time, on-site studio in Dubai, UAE. The Founder sets the vision, strategy and culture of the studio and oversees business development, client acquisition and revenue growth. The role requires 6-7 years of relevant professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and shape service offerings
• Guide digital and performance marketing initiatives
• Build strategic partnerships and manage key client relationships
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions
• Handle financial planning, operational efficiency and continuous innovation in service models and growth strategies

Required profile

• 6-7 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, digital marketing, performance marketing or business leadership
• Proven experience founding or scaling a growth-oriented business, or leading a business unit with P&L responsibility
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in or with businesses in the Middle East; familiarity with Dubai's business ecosystem is an advantage
