Founding Full Stack AI Engineer

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing hedge fund in the UAE that needs a visionary Full Stack AI Engineer to build its AI capabilities from the ground up. You will own the AI architecture, infrastructure, security, and deployment strategy, delivering production‑grade systems that support trading, research, automation and enterprise intelligence in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑agent orchestration frameworks for trading and enterprise use cases.
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, memory systems and context‑management architectures.
• Develop secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
• Implement AI observability, monitoring, tracing and decision‑lineage capabilities.
• Create human‑in‑the‑loop workflows and governance frameworks.
• Establish robust security controls, guardrails and audit mechanisms.
• Optimise model performance, infrastructure efficiency and operational resilience.
• Lead internal AI adoption and create reusable AI platforms across the business.

Required profile

• Strong experience with large language models, prompt engineering, agentic AI and RAG architectures.
• Hands‑on expertise with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Advanced Python development, including FastAPI and asynchronous systems.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps, security and infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with vector databases and SQL/NoSQL environments.
• Proven track record delivering production‑grade AI systems with governance and reliability standards.
