FP&A Finance Manager – MENA, Turkey & South Africa

About the role

Amazon is seeking an experienced FP&A Finance Manager to support its Consumer business across MENA, Turkey and South Africa. You will act as the primary finance partner, delivering analytical insight, financial modeling and ensuring robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to FP&A contact for finance and business teams in the assigned regions.
• Develop financial models, provide analytical support and validate financial and operational results.
• Maintain high‑level financial controls and data integrity.
• Lead month‑end close activities and planning cycles with ownership of P&L and balance‑sheet items.
• Control MENA/Turkey/South Africa stores financials, analyze variances and drive corrective action plans.
• Partner with Stores Finance, Operations, Payments, Customer Service, Prime and Marketing to analyze actuals variances.
• Drive an AI‑based roadmap to automate processes and simplify workflows.
• Orchestrate end‑to‑end planning processes, from assumptions to system loads and data checks.
• Produce accurate and insightful financial reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of relevant finance experience.
