Freelance Business Development Director – UAE & GCC

About the role

Adler Talent Solutions is seeking a freelance Business Development Director to drive B2B opportunities across the UAE and eventually the GCC. The role is fully remote, success‑fee based, and focuses on acquiring new clients for HR, recruitment, staffing, advisory and consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and develop new business opportunities with SME and MSME owners, founders, CEOs and CXOs across the UAE.
• Generate qualified meetings, present Adler’s value proposition and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Adler’s leadership and delivery teams to qualify opportunities, prepare proposals and close contracts.
• Build referral partnerships, establish Adler’s brand in the UAE market and explore expansion into Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of B2B business development, consulting sales or solution‑selling experience.
• Proven track record of selling services to SME, mid‑market or corporate clients and strong network within the UAE business ecosystem.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience selling recruitment, staffing, HR advisory, management consulting or SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of outsourcing, payroll compliance, corporate advisory and ERP solutions.
