Freelance Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is expanding and is looking for experienced freelance recruitment consultants to run full-cycle recruitment on client requisitions, with a strong focus on technology. Most of the work is technical (software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps and emerging tech) mixed with non-technical hiring, roughly 60/40 depending on client demand. You set your own schedule and work from wherever suits you.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned requisitions end to end, from sourcing to offer, adapting to technical and non-technical roles
• Sourcing candidates proactively through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, job boards, referrals and your own network, and keeping them engaged
• Screen candidates for skills, experience and cultural fit, submit well-prepared shortlists and coordinate interviews through to offer and joining
• Maintain candidate records and progress in the ATS and share regular pipeline updates with the team
• Flag market insights, salary trends and candidate feedback that can help close roles faster

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruitment experience with a strong technical focus, plus exposure to non-technical and high-volume hiring
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Strong network and confident use of sourcing tools and platforms
• Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle
• Self-motivated, organised and able to deliver results without close supervision
• Comfortable with a commission-only model, with your own laptop and reliable internet

Required skills

• ATS systems (Workable and/or Teamtailor is a plus)
• Agency or consulting recruitment experience is a strong plus
