Technical Recruitment Partner

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is expanding and is looking for Technical Recruitment Partners to run full-cycle recruitment for its partners, with a strong focus on technology. Most requisitions are technical (software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps and emerging tech), alongside non-technical hiring, roughly 60% technical and 40% non-technical depending on client demand. The role is on-site at The Portal, SODIC West, Sheikh Zayed, working 9 AM to 6 PM with Fridays and Saturdays off.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to turn workforce plans into hiring strategies
• Design scalable approaches for high-volume and niche roles and build sustainable talent pipelines
• Sourcing candidates proactively through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, job boards, referrals and networking events, and building long-term relationships
• Screen candidates for skills, experience and cultural fit and manage structured interviews and evaluation frameworks
• Improve recruitment workflows with ATS tools, track metrics such as time to hire and conversion rates, and share market intelligence on trends, skills and salary benchmarks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with an HR concentration), Human Resources Management or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience with a strong technical focus, plus exposure to non-technical and high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Comfortable switching between sourcing a DevOps engineer and filling a sales role, and treating hiring managers as partners

Required skills

• Strong command of sourcing tools and professional networks
• Full recruitment cycle management with interview and evaluation methods
• ATS experience (Workable and/or Teamtailor is a plus)
• Tech-savvy use of Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello and similar tools
