About the role
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who can greet guests with a warm, professional attitude and provide seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences. The role requires fluency in Arabic to assist our Arabic‑speaking guests and ensure their stay is comfortable and memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver courteous, prompt service from guest arrival to departure.
- Greet guests by name, escort them to rooms, and provide hotel and local information.
- Handle reservations, check‑in/check‑out procedures, and incidental charges using the hotel’s Front Office system.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure privacy of guest information.
- Stay informed about daily rates, occupancy levels, promotions, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and uphold hotel standards.
- Observe and follow environmental, health, and safety policies.
Required profile
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to guest privacy.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computerized Front Office systems for reservations and billing.
