Front-of-House Team – Head Waiter, Waiter, Runner, Junior Sommelier

About the role

Osaka Dubai is expanding its Japanese‑Peruvian restaurant in Dubai and is seeking enthusiastic front‑of‑house professionals. The positions include Head Waiter, Waiter, Runner and Junior Sommelier, all focused on delivering a memorable fine‑dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage reservations and ensure smooth seating flow.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and timing.
• Assist the Head Waiter in supervising service staff and handling guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain service standards and resolve issues promptly.
• For the Junior Sommelier, support wine service, recommend pairings and maintain the wine list.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fine‑dining or upscale hospitality environments.
• Strong passion for guest service and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented attitude with high energy.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
