About the role
The Front Office Agent will manage daily front desk operations at SIRO One Za'abeel, a luxury boutique hotel in Dubai, ensuring high levels of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle check‑ins, check‑outs and guest registrations, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Maintain communication with housekeeping, finance and other departments to coordinate room assignments and occupancy.
- Record guest issues, manage complaints, and follow up on service resolutions.
- Balance cash, credit card takings and complete cashier reports for each shift.
- Support upselling programs and ensure compliance with hotel policies and LQA standards.
Required profile
- Minimum two years experience in front office of a luxury or boutique hotel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle disputes and feedback.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Opera property management system.
- Excellent computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office.
