About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to lead the Guest Experience team at a premier 5‑star hotel. In this role you will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring a flawless stay from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences.
Oversee daily front‑office operations, including check‑in, check‑out and concierge services.
Handle guest complaints proactively and implement service recovery actions.
Coach and motivate front‑office staff to uphold brand standards.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to anticipate and meet guest needs.

Required profile

Minimum 4 years experience in the hospitality industry.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or similar role within a 5‑star hotel.
High school diploma required; a degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
Strong service orientation with high emotional intelligence.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
