About the role
We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to lead the Guest Experience team at a premier 5‑star hotel. In this role you will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring a flawless stay from check‑in to check‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences.
- Oversee daily front‑office operations, including check‑in, check‑out and concierge services.
- Handle guest complaints proactively and implement service recovery actions.
- Coach and motivate front‑office staff to uphold brand standards.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to anticipate and meet guest needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years experience in the hospitality industry.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or similar role within a 5‑star hotel.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- Strong service orientation with high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
