FS2 Early Years Teacher – August 2026

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic FS2 Teacher to join GEMS Metropole School Al Waha in Dubai starting August 2026. The role involves delivering the Early Years curriculum to Foundation Stage 2 students, fostering curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect and kindness in a vibrant, international learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging FS2 lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Create an inclusive, safe classroom atmosphere that supports each child’s development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best teaching practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.
• Participate actively in extra‑curricular programmes and community events.

Required profile

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Early Years students.
• Demonstrated ability to model the school’s core values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect and kindness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, students and parents.
• Track record of delivering outstanding learning outcomes.
• Commitment to contributing positively to the school community.
