Fulfillment Team Leader

About the role

The Fulfillment Team Leader oversees daily e‑commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and handed over to the last‑mile delivery team efficiently. The role bridges operations, commercial, IT, and customer service functions to guarantee a high‑quality online shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily e‑commerce fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with commercial, IT, customer service, and last‑mile delivery teams for seamless operations.
• Maintain dark‑store organization, stock levels, cleanliness, and cold‑chain standards.
• Ensure on‑time dispatch, accurate quantities, proper packaging, and quality control to avoid damages.
• Identify and resolve logistics, operational, and system challenges.
• Implement performance management, attendance monitoring, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop team capabilities through mentoring, on‑the‑job training, and staffing planning.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of MAF Retail policies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics and supply‑chain operations.
• Hands‑on experience in e‑commerce fulfillment and last‑mile delivery (preferred).
• Strong operational and commercial knowledge in cross‑functional environments.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
