Full Stack Developer – Business Applications & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain business applications, portals and automation solutions. The role combines technical development, business analysis and AI‑assisted coding to deliver reliable, end‑to‑end solutions quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs and AI‑prompt strategies.
• Develop front‑end interfaces (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks) and back‑end services (.NET/C#, Node.js, Python or Java) with CRUD, authentication and role‑based access.
• Design relational databases, write SQL queries and create REST APIs.
• Build Power BI dashboards, data models, DAX measures and KPIs.
• Automate processes using Power Automate, UiPath, VBA, Python or scripts.
• Maintain Microsoft Access applications with forms, queries and VBA automation.
• Apply security controls, version control, logging and testing throughout development.
• Provide documentation, presentations and ongoing support for deployed solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering business applications, reporting systems or automation solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to use AI tools for coding, debugging and documentation while ensuring quality.
