Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join NAFFCO’s Group IT Department in Dubai. The role involves building new web applications, enhancing existing systems, and supporting the organization’s technology stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise solutions.
• Create front‑end interfaces using Angular and modern web technologies.
• Build and maintain back‑end services and APIs with Python.
• Manage and optimise databases such as SQL, MongoDB and MariaDB.
• Support and enhance existing internal applications across the group.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity and business teams to ensure integration and security compliance.
• Participate in system upgrades, performance optimisation and technology modernisation initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, system specifications and support procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong experience in Python development.
• Proficiency with the Angular framework for front‑end development.
• Experience with SQL databases, MongoDB and MariaDB.
• Knowledge of API integration and web services development.
• Understanding of application security, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
